A set for complete alignment — extend, stabilize, open, deepen, strengthen, and release.
“It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, self, and intelligence.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
Made from renewable cork, cotton and metal. 100% recyclable & biodegradable. Trees planted for every piece. Carbon neutral + planet kind. Designed to support your body and our planet.
Why props?
Because some poses are a little more challenging than others. Blocks and straps can be used to extend, stabilize, open, deepen, strengthen, and release — like a bridge until no longer needed. Props help *click* our body into alignment, which is the secret to any posture (that, plus breath!)
Care
- Cork is naturally antimicrobial.
- Cotton strap — hand or machine washable, air dry.
End of life
- Cork and cotton are 100% biodegradable. Metal is recyclable.
