Cork Support Block

Align your body's energy channels with just one block. Ananday's Cork Support Block makes new postures accessible and is used to extend, stabilize, open, strengthen and deepen any pose.

When you prioritize alignment, the energy channels in your body *click* into place and support the release of tension and stagnation. Alignment sets the body up to open on both the physical and emotional levels. When you stay and breathe in alignment with yourself, your energy transforms.

Not sure how to use these blocks? See this guide below:

  • beginner — use blocks to modify standing poses like triangle and side angle
  • intermediate — practice jump backs and squeezing between legs in the wheel
  • advanced — use between forearms in forearm stand and practice press handstands
